To the Alta Garrotxa...

We recommend:
- That you don't make noise or shout
- That you don't swim in the gorges if there is little water
- That you respect animals and plants
- That you respect private property

If you go on foot:
- Do the excursions recommended
- Wear suitable footwear, carry water and food
- Prepare your route beforehand and carry a map
- You will enjoy the paths and excursions more if you do them in the spring or autumn
- In the summer don't start to walk at midday, as it will be very hot

If you go by car:
- Drive at less than 30 km/h on forest tracks
- Don't drive off the paths or go cross-country
- You can do two very interesting routes: the route from Oix to Beget or to access the Santuari del Mont and the Monestir de Sous

Remember:

- That access by car to the Sadernes area is restricted at some times of the year
- That climbing is regulated in all parts
- That to descend from ravines you must call the Consortium of the Alta Garrotxa, on 972 28 78 82

It is forbidden to:
- Camp
- Light fires
- Throw away rubbish
