One year of Ticket Museum - 16/08/2010

This week marks the first anniversary of the launch of the Ticket Museum, a tourist and cultural proposal that provides access to 8 public cultural spaces of La Garrotxa.
The 8 cultural spaces are Museu Comarcal de la Garrotxa, Museu dels Sants, Museu dels Volcans, Casa Museu Can Trincheria, Castell Medieval Estada Juvinyŕ and the Monastery of Sant Joan les Fonts, Espai Cultural Cúria Reial of Besalú and Centre d'Interpretació del Call of Besalú.
The Ticket Museum is the result of coordination with the City Councils of Tourism Garrotxa Sant Joan les Fonts, Besalú and Olot. This cultural project, is to encourage the movement of visitors between public cultural spaces existing in the region today, and enhance the knowledge of the municipalities. It also aims to extend the stay of visitors and the possible return for a second visit to the Garrotxa according to the model of sustainable tourism and quality of Garrotxa.
The museum ticket can be purchased for 8 euros in all these areas, the tourist offices of the county and various establishments Turisme Garrotxa.
